The CS1128L is a left-hand S-camshaft designed for 16½″ Hendrickson Intraax / HXS trailer drum brake systems (also compatible with Meritor Q-style setups). It features a 1½″ diameter, 28-spline journal, a forged and induction-hardened 1⅛″ cam head, and an effective length of 11.031″. Made to OEM spec, it works well with both enclosed cam tubes or exposed bushings (2.00″ O.D.).
